These tasks interest you

  • You work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, business experts, UI/UX experts and other scientists on high-quality software solutions for complex and diverse problems.
  • In direct cooperation with our clients, you design sustainable concepts as a consultant and implement them iteratively and incrementally together with your team.
  • You live agile software development with us according to Scrum with reviews at the customer and professional retrospectives with our agile coaches.
  • Learning by doing: Integrated into your project team, you will develop an ever better understanding of the principles and methods of high-end software engineering such as clean code, automated tests, code reviews, etc.
  • You work in a self-organized manner within your project team and take on responsibility
  • You will actively help to shape XITASO.

That makes you stand out

  • You have an excellent degree in the STEM field with a penchant for programming.
  • More than just theory: You love to think through problems logically and analytically and then turn them into high-quality and functioning models for reality.
  • You already have practical experience in creating programmes, e.g. in Python, Matlab, C++, Java, etc. and like to work your way into new programming languages.
  • You aspire to constantly develop yourself, e.g. through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, research, etc.
  • You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism, accept feedback and thus continue to develop personally.
  • Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
