Our application process is all about finding out whether you can identify with our corporate philosophy and whether we would be a good team. It is important for us that both sides are convinced of this.
Like us, you will have enough space to find this out. Our application process consists of four stages and is described here, as an example, for the field of software development.
Your application is the first impression we get of you. We would like to receive an overview of your qualifications and background to date. You can send in your documents in German or English.
The screening call is our initial personal contact with you. We aim to get to know you and learn more about your background and qualifications in a half-hour interview. Naturally, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know us.
During the technical interview, we want to get to know you better. You will take part in an hour-long interview with two of our colleagues. A lot of the questions we ask you will revolve around your technical understanding. As part of the technical interview, we will set you a task to solve on a whiteboard.
Naturally, you will not be the only one answering questions. We will do so as well. We would be more than happy to answer your questions about us and our company.
First and foremost, your day at XITASO is for you to get to know our team and us as a company better. You will have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions to learn exactly how we work as well as to gain insight into our corporate culture and interaction with one another.
You will meet future colleagues and solve a programming task together with them. At a joint lunch, you will have the opportunity to get to know other teams and colleagues as well. A feedback session rounds off the day.
