These tasks interest you

In direct collaboration with employees, teams and communities of practice, you will actively contribute to the development of an agile working environment in which continuous learning is the focus.
You will empower and coach cross-functional teams and communities of practice as well as individuals in the company.
Together with your coaching team, you will promote the self-management of the teams and strengthen independent work, collaboration and exchange. You will rely on agile frameworks without being dogmatic.
With your coaching team, you will advance the development of the entire company through the continuous exchange of knowledge and experience.

That makes you stand out

You are enthusiastic about agile methods and the topic of “New Work” and enjoy constantly expanding your repertoire.
You have a growth mindset: you know what you don’t know yet and you’re not afraid to learn something new every day. Kaizen applies to every one of us!
You have further education/certification or practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Change Agent or Systemic Coach, preferably in an agile and self-organized environment.
Ideally, you have professional experience in agile teams (e.g., as a PO, Scrum Master or as a member of an agile development team).
You have methodological knowledge and practical experience in workshop design, training, team development and moderation.
You are committed and infect others with your enthusiasm and passion.
Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
