As a Product Owner (all genders), you’ll design digital solutions from the initial idea through to successful implementation. 
Together with our customers and interdisciplinary teams of software engineers, UI/UX experts, and Agile coaches, you’ll develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

• Working together with our customers in an interdisciplinary team, you develop the product vision and concepts for customized software solutions, and successfully guide them from idea to implementation.
• You are responsible for requirements management, from planning and conducting workshops to creating and prioritizing user stories and maintaining the product backlog.
• You take on project responsibility and keep track of project progress, goals, risks, dependencies, and team utilization.
• You steer and guide the team through the agile development process and, together with them, organize daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. You’ll be supported in this by our Agile Coaches.
• You actively shape XITASO and contribute your experience, ideas, and insights – even beyond your project – to our communities and the company’s continued development.

• You have a degree in mathematics, economics, (business) computer science, life sciences, or engineering or can demonstrate, through your previous professional experience, a very good understanding of technical concepts.
• Ideally, you already have experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer or in a comparable role, and are familiar with working in agile software teams.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and find your way around a wide range of customer domainswith ease.
• You find it easy to present complex concepts in a way that’s appropriate for the target audience – verbally, in writing, and visually.
• You are curious about new technologies and open to integrating AI-powered tools effectively into your daily work.
• You enjoy contributing your strong organizational skills to projects.
• You enjoy collaborating and communicating with customersand can persuasively advocate for clear recommendations even when conflicting interests arise. In doing so, you succeed in bringing together different perspectives and getting everyone on board with the shared vision.
• You value the agile way of working, have an open mindset, and enjoy taking on responsibility within a self-organized team.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 64,000 – 86,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
