• You not only advise customers on complex cybersecurity challenges, but also develop robust solutions together with them.
• You conduct exciting threat and risk analyses as well as penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities.
• You apply your expertise effectively with our customers and within XITASO to design secure systems and processes in a sustainable manner.
• You clearly discuss security requirements and implications with stakeholders, software developers, usability engineers, and product owners.
• You design workshops and training sessions with customers and interdisciplinary teams.

• You have relevant practical experience in cybersecurityand have already worked on some of the following topics. It’s not essential that you’ve had exposure to all areas—your specific strengths are what count!
  • Penetration testing,
  • Threat modeling,
  • Static and dynamic application testing,
  • Attack surface reduction,
  • Risk evaluation,
  • Security-by-design.
• You are fluent in Germand and English (at least C1 level) for a clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
• You enjoy identifying bugs and develop solutions independently.
• You are familiar with the fundamentals of software development and architecture.
• Security certifications such as Security+, C|EH, or OSCP are a plus.

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 64,000 – 90,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
