• You have about 10 years of practical experience in software engineering. 
• Your profound expertise in current technologies, software development methods, and principles sets the standard for technical excellence.
• You are capable of seeing the big picture and responsibly incorporating your convictions into long-term, far-reaching decisions with entrepreneurial significance. 
• As a leader, you are aware of the power of language and can enthuse and inspire others with your experience in complex issues. 
• You are a role model for your colleagues and have pronounced leadership skills that you use to facilitate self-management and self-organization company-wide. 
• Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
