• You take over the professional responsibility in the project and lead it to success as part of a cross-functional team.
• You are the technical contact person for our customers and work with your team to design long-lasting software architectures.
• You are responsible for the technical conception of new features for our customers. Together with other stakeholders, you will ensure that technicality and methodology (e.g. with use cases, user journey, domain model) are defined in a target-oriented manner.
• You encourage the development of your team colleagues by giving them room to grow, providing impulses and sharing your knowledge with others.

• You have about 7 years of experience in software engineering and are interested in taking the lead.
• You have a comprehensive and deep understanding of technology and concepts, know how to use them in practice and are always up to date with the current developments.
• You make confident and well-grounded decisions on fundamental issues at XITASO and can put complex situations into context.
• You have strong communication skills and can convey your knowledge and complex issues in an understandable way.
• Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
