• You help our customers to understand, plan and implement complex software projects using cutting-edge technologies.
• You work on high-quality software solutions in collaboration with Product Owners and UI/UX Experts.
• Together with us, you live and breathe agile software development in daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews with customers and retrospective meetings with support from our Agile Coaches.
• You work in a self-organized manner within your project team and take on responsibility.
• You communicate openly and honestly with our customers.
• You give constructive criticism and accept feedback.

• You have completed a degree in information technology or hold similar qualifications.
• You have sound knowledge in Front End Programming, e.g. in HTML5, CSS, JavaScipt, TypeScript and are acquainted with frameworks like Angular, React etc.
• You have experience in Back End Development, e.g. with Node.JS, C#, .NET, PHP with Symfony/Laravel.
• Assuring high quality is second nature to you – this includes carrying out unit tests, code reviews, clean code and refactoring.
• You create user interfaces which are modern, responsive and cross browser compatible.
• You strive to continuously improve your skills, e.g. through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, research, etc.
• Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
