These tasks interest you

  • You will work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified software engineers, business experts, UI/UX experts and other scientists on high-quality software solutions for complex and diverse problems. 
  • You will support our customers with digitalization from control technology to cloud applications
  • In direct cooperation with our customers, you will design sustainable concepts as a consultant and implement them iteratively and on an incremental basis together with your team.
  • You will live agile software development according to Scrum with reviews and professional retrospectives with our agile coaches. 
  • Learning by doing: As part of your project team, you will develop an increasingly better understanding of the principles and methods of high-end software engineering such as clean code, automated tests, code reviews, etc. 
  • You work in a self-organized way in your project team and take on responsibility.

That makes you stand out

  • You hold an excellent technical degree, preferably in the field of automation technology or a comparable course of study, and are enthusiastic about programming. 
  • More than just theory: You love to think through problems logically and analytically and then turn them into high-quality, functioning models for reality. 
  • You have experience in the field of control-related software development with e.g. Siemens, Bosch Rexroth, Beckhoff etc. and are interested in new possibilities and programming languages in automation technology. 
  • You already have practical experience in software development, e.g. in Python, C#, C++, Java etc. and are happy to familiarize yourself with new object-oriented programming languages. 
  • You have the ambition to constantly develop yourself further, e.g. through internal tech talks, cross-team communities, conferences, research, etc. 
  • You communicate openly and honestly, give constructive criticism, accept feedback and always want to develop yourself personally. 
  • Your language skills enable you to perform your role in German and English (for residence in germany) or English and Spanish (for residence in spain).
