• You are responsible for preparing and executing monthly (inter)national payroll processing in collaboration with external service providers, drawing on your extensive expertise.
• You are the point of contact for employees as well as external partners, service providers, and social security agencies on all matters related to payroll processing.
• You contribute to high data quality in our systems and assist in the creation of reports and analyses of key HR metrics.
• You actively further develop XITASO’s payroll processes while keeping an eye on current trends (e.g., in the field of AI) as well as tax and legal developments.
• In addition to day-to-day operations, you will participate in cross-functional HR projects alongside an interdisciplinary HR team.

• You have completed professional training or a degree in business administration, human resources, or payroll accounting or a comparable educational background.
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll and are proficient in using HR systems and MS Office.
• You are curious and enthusiastic and are committed to continuous professional development.
• You work independently as a team player and want to be part of an agile company where you can collaborate with excellent colleagues on an equal footing.
• You have very good German and English skills (min. C1 level) to ensure clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 55,000 – 70,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
