We identify digitalization potential for our customers, help them optimize business processes and create digital strategies. Sales is everyone’s business at XITASO! For the synthesis of complex individual software solutions, experts from our development teams must be involved very early on in the customer acquisition process. 

As a highly communicative technology enthusiast, you will creatively initiate solutions with potential customers and develop them further in close collaboration with our experts in a goal-oriented way. You will join an agile company: In the midst of our cross-functional high-performance teams and within our flat hierarchies, you can fully develop yourself and your ideas.

You can organize your way of working individually with us. We are very flexible in terms of location (office or hybrid) and working time models. Whatever suits you and your work-life integration best.

  • As an experienced networker, you will contact potential new customers and inspire them with innovative project ideas. 
  • Together with the technical experts in our development teams, you will turn ideas for solutions into concrete offers
  • You represent the added value of the solutions offered to our customers and guide them until the deal is closed. You accompany our customers loyally and authentically as a trustworthy partner. 
  • You follow technology trends in the software industry with great enthusiasm and proactively seek exchange with experts inside and outside our company. 
  • You regularly take part in events where you actively and confidently represent XITASO.

That makes you stand out

  • You hold a degree in computer science or a comparable education in a scientific or technical field. 
  • You have many years of experience as a sales professional in the field of customized software
  • Your technical expertise enables you to outline possible solution scenarios at an early stage of a sales meeting.
  • You enjoy approaching people and talking to them about technical challenges and innovation opportunities. 
  • You are curious and enthusiastic and want to work in an agile company on an eye-level with excellent technology experts. 
  • Your language skills enable you to perform your role in German and English (for residence in germany) or English and Spanish (for residence in spain).
