You already have a wide range of skills and have mastered challenges in all design phases, from research to testing? You not only want to design well, but also accompany your designs in the development up to the release and beyond?

We develop software according to agile process models in a team with product owners, software developers and customers. The design process runs almost parallel to the implementation. A special feature and challenge of our work is therefore to make our designs a reality, step by step.

These tasks interest you

  • You will design and create excellent user interfaces in the sense of human-centered design.
  • You will develop our projects in an interdisciplinary manner and according to agile process models.
  • You will guide the project, team and customer through all design phases: from UX research to design specification to final implementation.
  • You will bring together the diverse requirements of users, product managers and software developers in functional concepts.
  • You visualize your ideas and solutions quickly, comprehensibly and expressively; digital or analog
  • You will play a key role in developing customer cooperation and establishing processes for the sustainable success of the software product.
  • You will actively shape the processes in your environment.
  • You like to explore new theme worlds and enjoy technical projects and questions.
  • You will observe current design, technological and social developments and incorporate new insights into your work.

That makes you stand out

  • You have a degree in communication, product, graphic, interface or interaction design, interactive media, media design or media informatics or a comparable educational path.
  • You already have initial professional experience in the design of digital interfaces.
  • You have the passion to transform complex relationships into simple, efficient and user-centered operating concepts and implement them in a user-friendly and emotionally convincing way through a functional and ergonomic design.
  • You master current tools and workflows (Sketch, InVision, Craft, Zeplin, Adobe CC etc.) and are open to new ways to optimize your productivity.
  • You have initial practical experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript, etc.) as well as basic knowledge of agile software development processes.
  • Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German and English.
